BSI Energy Partners, LLC entered into working interest investment with Jamma Energy, LLC targeting the development of shallow oil and gas rights and exploitation of Haynesville Shale Rights in DeSoto Parish, LA. BSI Energy Partners, LLC has provided Jamma capital and operational support for this project.

BSIEP portfolio company, North Plains Energy, LLC( "NPE"), successfully raised over $11 million in a preferred share offering to private investors.

BSIEP, working with NPE management, was successful in raising additional outside capital to fund the growth of NPE's Bakken Shale assets, which have met with significant initial development success. BSIEP was pleased to have structured the transaction in such a way as to minimize dilution to management's equity stake in NPE. This futher demonstrates BSIEP's value-added approach to investing in the E&P sector.
